Have a reflective Easter, Resurrection Sunday and Passover

Easter

Easter and spring tulips mark the celebration of both  the holy season of Easter and the carefree, fun-filled season of spring.

The OnPointPress.net team wishes all our readers and supporters a tranquil, quiet and reflective Easter season, Resurrection Sunday as well as the dawn of spring.

Easter is regarded as the most holy period on the Christian calendar beginning with Ash Wednesday and  forty days of Lent which represents the period when Jesus was severely tested before he was crucified on Good Friday.

Holy Week is kicked off with Palm Sunday, which represents Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem when believers waved palms in jubilation. Most churches held services throughout the past week, Holy Week, to reflect on the emotions that Jesus is believed to have experienced in the period leading up to his death.

Resurrection Sunday celebrates the joyous discovery by believes that he awoke from the dead and that he sacrificed his life so that those who accept him might live a life of faith.

Many other individuals, some of whom claim no religious affiliation, celebrate Easter Sunday as the beginning of spring.

On this Easter Sunday, we encourage reflection, tranquility and peaceful interactions as you all celebrate what is right in your lives while taking steps to address the areas that  would benefit from more personal, careful, attention and grace.–OnPointPress.net.
